To display the Timer via wifi on a remote Android device located on a rostrum for example –

You will need :-

TeamViewer for Windows Here

And TeamViewer for Meetings Here for Android from Google Play

Make sure you select the correct application with an icon like this.  

Install the software on the Windows PC that has the timer installed

Install the TeamViewer application on the Android device you want to use on the Platform

Start the TeamViewer on Windows and you will see a screen like figure 1 below
